Terms and conditions of sale

  1. Subject and scope.

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods by BET COLTELLERIA SRL through the company’s e-commerce website, applicable to any order placed by a consumer.

  1. Vendor identification.

Sales are made by BET COLTELLERIA SRL, headquartered in Italy, VAT IT0785380060. Official contacts: info@coltellibet.com.

  1. Method of purchase.

Orders can be placed through the website. BET COLTELLERIA SRL reserves the right not to accept incomplete or nonconforming orders.

  1. Prices and availability.

All prices are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Products are available while supplies last.

  1. Shipping and delivery.

Shipping conditions and costs are specified in the ‘Shipping Information’ section posted on the site. Delivery times vary by destination. BET COLTELLERIA SRL is not responsible for delays not directly attributable to the company.

  1. Payments.

Payments can be made by the methods indicated on the site (e.g., credit card, Stripe). Payment is required at the time of ordering.

  1. Right of withdrawal.

The consumer has the right to withdraw within 30 days of receiving the goods. The product must be returned undamaged, in like-new condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective product.

  1. Damaged or nonconforming products.

In case of obvious defects or errors in the order, the customer is required to report them within 7 days of receipt. BET COLTELLERIA SRL will provide a refund or replacement.

  1. Legal guarantee.

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

  1. Limitations of liability.

BET COLTELLERIA SRL shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from improper use of the products.

  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

The contract is governed by Italian law. The consumer’s court will have jurisdiction in any dispute.

  1. Alternative dispute resolution.

The consumer can turn to the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://commission.europa.eu/

  1. International shipping.

For orders destined outside Italy, the shipping conditions described in the section ‘Shipping Information – Italy, Europe and International’ apply. Shipments outside the EU may be subject to duty or local VAT.

  1. Change or cancel order.

Once the order is placed and confirmation is received, it can no longer be changed or cancelled independently. For any urgent requests, please contact customer service via email promptly.

  1. Request for invoice for VAT holders.

The customer who wishes to receive an electronic invoice must make an explicit request at the time of ordering, including full fiscal data (company name, address, VAT number, recipient code or PEC). In the absence of such a request, a receipt will be issued.

  1. Partial returns and product conditions.

Products must be returned undamaged, in like-new condition and complete with original packaging. In the case of partial returns (e.g., sets consisting of multiple items), you must return all components of the set to receive a full refund.

  1. Liability on misuse.

BET COLTELLERIA SRL is not responsible for any damage caused by improper, nonconforming or modified use of the products. It is the user’s responsibility to use each item according to the instructions and intended purpose of use.
