Who we are

150 years of steel, method and vision

Since 1876 Bet Cutlery has crossed continents, generations and techniques. From Giovanni Bet’s first blades, from South America to Italy’s industrial heartland, the Bet family has built a cutting culture of precision, design and real use. Today this heritage returns to the market with two essential collections, classic and Japanese knives, a contemporary synthesis of a history almost a century and a half long.

The Bet Cutlery Catalog

Collections

The Bet Cutlery catalog brings together two visions of cutting: classic knives and Japanese knives. Tools different in geometry and gesture, united by a single design approach. Each product is designed in Italy, made in China according to strict specifications and uses selected raw materials from Japan. A conscious balance between design, industrial control and steel quality, translated into an essential selection designed for real use.

Production

Materials

Each Bet knife is born from the conscious selection of materials. The steels come from Japan, chosen for stability, performance and reliability over time. Handles and components are designed for balance, control and comfort in extended use. Nothing is left to chance: every element is evaluated for final performance. Material is not an aesthetic detail, but the technical basis on which precision, durability, and blade behavior are built.
